Raita is a wonderful accompaniment to cool down a spicy dish, or on its own as a refreshing dip. Made with Cashewmilk Yogurt, this is a simple recipe everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients
Β½ cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
Β½ cup seeded and chopped English hothouse cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons chopped green onions
ΒΌ teaspoon ground coriander
ΒΌ teaspoon ground cumin
sea salt, to taste
Prep
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Season to taste with salt. Chill raita, covered, until ready to serve.
