Ingredients such as guar gum, pectin, and tapioca starch, once used as thickeners and stabilizers, have been intentionally removed from our recipe. Do you love sweets, but are trying to be conscious about your sugar intake? We get it. Reducing added sugars without sacrificing taste has been a key focus of our mission. Our upgraded Cashewmilk Yogurt now offers 2 to 3 grams less sugar than before, making them a smarter choice for those seeking a sweet treat. Opting for cashews as the heart of our recipes isn’t just about flavor and creaminess (though those are pretty important, too!) – it’s a thoughtful choice that looks out for both your well-being and our planet. Cashews are an excellent source of healthy fats and also provide essential vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, and selenium. (Source). Probiotic Cashewmilk Yogurt Benefits

Cashews are rich in unsaturated fats (aka “good fats”) which are associated with a lower risk of premature death and heart disease (Source). By making cashews our base, we provide a dairy-free yogurt option that offers mostly healthy fats, in contrast to coconut-based alternatives, which may contribute up to 75% of the daily value for saturated fat in a single serving. In fact, the American Heart Association recommends individuals consume no more than 13 grams of saturated fat per day (Source). Some coconut-based yogurts contain 15 grams of saturated fat in only one serving – yikes! Opting for cashews allows us to give you a lower saturated fat option without compromising the creamy texture you love.
