Yogurt made better

This green goddess dip is a versatile condiment that can be used for so many meals. This creamy fresh & garlicky sauce can be used as a dip for crudites, a spread for sandwiches, a dressing for salads, and so much more. The best part is it can use any green herbs you’ve got in your fridge, making it the perfect clean-out-the-fridge recipe. Forager Project’s Sour Cream makes this dip dairy-free without compromising flavor or texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Forager Project Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk
  • 1 cup fresh green herbs, rinsed well and dried (we used basil, dill, chives, and mint)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Prep

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Taste and adjust ingredient quantities to match your personal preference.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
