Flavorful frozen cherries blended with creamy Forager Project Cashewmilk Yogurt and banana form the perfect base for this thick and delicious smoothie bowl.  Frozen cherries are great because they are picked at peak season, making them just as sweet and juicy as fresh summer cherries. In the summer we recommend topping this smoothie with cherries, fresh berries, cocoa nibs and hemp, in the winter we recommend banana slices, granola, coconut shavings and a drizzle of agave nectar. Note: to add extra protein to your smoothie, add a heaping spoonful of your favorite nut butter or plant-based protein powder to the blender.

Ingredients

  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • Recommended toppings: cherries, fresh berries, banana slices, granola, coconut shavings, cocoa nibs

Prep

  • Place frozen cherries, banana slices, Cashewmilk, and Cashewmilk Yogurt in a blender. Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
