Morning made better

This vegan “special sauce” will make your veggie burger extra flavorful. Forager Project Unsweetened Cashewmilk Yogurt replace mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes replace commercial ketchup here. This sauce tastes great on your favorite veggie burger–alongside lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato on a sesame seed bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, yellow or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • Salt and cracked black pepper

Prep

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, season with salt and pepper to taste.
