Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewgurt®
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, yellow or Dijon
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • salt and cracked black pepper

Prep

Combine all ingredients in a blender, season with salt and pepper to taste.
