Why we love pollinators!

Ingredients

  • 3½ cups Organic Unsweetened Cashewmilk
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 (7 ounce) can undrained pimentos
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast

Prep

  • Soak raw cashews in filtered water for a few hours. After cashews have soaked, remove from water and strain.
  • Place 2 ½ cups of Cashewmilk into a blender with all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and add the remaining Cashewmilk.
  • Heat the mixture in a saucepan for about 20 minutes. Stir continually to prevent it from burning, adding water or cashew milk till desired consistency is reached.
