Morning made simple

Smoothies are a healthy and refreshing breakfast or snack.  This berry smoothie has a vibrant flavor from blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.  Making smoothies with frozen berries is a great way to enjoy berries during the fall and winter months when they are not in season.  Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk makes this smoothie extra creamy while providing a subtle and delicious vanilla bean flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ¼ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Organic Cashewmilk
  • ¼ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt

Prep

  • Add frozen banana, berries, Forager Project Unsweetened Organic Cashewmilk and Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two 8 oz glasses and enjoy.
