Yogurt made better

Green apple, spinach and matcha powder make this bright, green smoothie a stellar way to start the day. The subtle tang of the Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt pairs perfectly with the acidic pineapple and green apple.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 green apple, cored and cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 1 cup Forager Project Unsweetened Organic Cashewmilk

Prep

  • Add spinach, apple, matcha powder, frozen pineapple, Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Cashewmilk Yogurt and Forager Project Unsweetened Organic Cashewmilk along with ½ cup of ice to a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into two 8 oz glasses and enjoy.
