Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewgurt®
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Prep

Combine all ingredients in a blender, combine until very smooth. As always, taste as you go adding lemon, sweetness, or salt as desired.
