Yogurt made better

A tasty way to add some spring to your summer, this super simple vegan dill aioli is light, creamy, and flavorful. Great as a dip for your fries or drizzling over your green beans, it’s also a spectacular way to dress up any sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Forager Project Cashewmilk Yogurt Unsweetened Plain 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon capers, chopped into small pieces 
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced, with the seeds removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prep

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Taste and add additional seasoning (salt, pepper, dill).
  •  Enjoy!
