A tasty way to add some spring to your summer, this super simple vegan dill aioli is light, creamy, and flavorful. Great as a dip for your fries or drizzling over your green beans, it’s also a spectacular way to dress up any sandwich.


1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon capers, chopped into small pieces 
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced, with the seeds removed
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Taste and add additional seasoning (salt, pepper, dill).
  3.  Enjoy!
