Yogurt made better

Making smoothies is a great on-the-go breakfast or healthy snack. To maximize flavor and natural sweetness in smoothies, we recommend freezing fruits when they are in peak season. Once frozen, you can enjoy delicious smoothies with your favorite fruits year round!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple, raspberries, tangerines or honeydew
  • 1 ¼ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Probiotic Drinkable Yogurt
  • 2 dates (optional, for a slightly sweeter smoothie)

Prep

  • Add banana, frozen fruit, Forager Project Unsweetened Probiotic Cashewmilk Yogurt and dates to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into one large glass or two 8 oz glasses and enjoy.
