Yogurt made better

This recipe is deceptively easy to make, plus panna cotta sounds very fancy and will always impress your friends at a dinner party, especially this vegan version.


  • 1 cup Organic Organic Oatmilk
  • 1 cup Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup organic evaporated cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon agar flakes
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1⁄2 cup fruit jam or preserves of choice


  • Place Oatmilk, Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt, sugar, salt, and agar agar into a small pot. Bring to the boil then turn it down to a simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes whisking constantly.
  • Pour the mixture into 4 small glasses, filling halfway and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Garnish with your favorite fruit preserves.
