  • ½ cup, plus ¼ cup Forager Project Drinkable Unsweetened Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ cup organic granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberry preserves

  • Measure out all ingredients and set them aside.
  • In a large freezer-friendly casserole dish or bowl, whisk together the cashewmilk yogurt, ½ cup drinkable cashewmilk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Place the yogurt into the freezer to chill for 2 hours.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and scoop it into a blender or food processor, along with the remaining ¼ cup of drinkable yogurt. Blend until smooth.
