Hello, Summer. This 5 ingredient Froyo is super easy to make and perfect for warmer weather when you’re looking for a lighter dessert. If blueberries aren’t your jam, you can easily swap them for your preferred preserves.

  • 1 ½ cups Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ cup, plus ¼ cup Forager Project Drinkable Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ cup organic granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberry preserves*

*Feel free to swap with other fruit preserves.

  • Measure out all ingredients and set them aside.
  • In a large freezer-friendly casserole dish or bowl, whisk together the cashewmilk yogurt, ½ cup drinkable cashewmilk milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Place the yogurt into the freezer to chill for 2 hours.
  • Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and scoop it into a blender or food processor, along with the remaining ¼ cup of drinkable yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended frozen yogurt back into the freezing container and swirl the blueberry preserves into the yogurt.
  • Place the yogurt back into the freezer to freeze for 1 hour.
  • Serve and enjoy!
