Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • ½ cup or 1- 5.3oz cup of Forager Project® Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berry jam
  • ½ cup sliced figs
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Prep

Toast thick slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

Spread a spoonful of Forager Project® Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt on each slice.

Top each piece of toast with a spoonful of jam, sliced figs and pomegranate seeds.

You wouldn't know this wasn't dairy!
