Yogurt made better

Matcha lattes are a great alternative to coffee. Matcha does contain caffeine but is much easier on your body to digest and is also high in antioxidants. Forager Project Vanilla Bean Drinkable Yogurt helps cut the slight bitterness in Matcha powder.  This Matcha Latte is also rich in probiotics from the nine strains of live and active cultures in Forager Project Probiotic Cashewmilk Yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 8oz (1 cup) Forager Project Vanilla Bean Probiotic Drinkable Yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1/2 banana (optional)

Prep

  • In glass, add the Matcha powder and water and mix with a whisk until well combined. 
  • Add ice to the glass and slowly pour 1 cup of Forager Project Vanilla Bean Probiotic Drinkable Yogurt. Mix well until combined and enjoy.
  • Note: You can also trying making a Frappe style Iced Vanilla Bean Matcha Latte by combining all ingredients in a blender and adding half a banana.
