Yogurt made better

Feel free to add or swap any toppings you have on hand – we just recommend using a mixture of crunchy and chewy textures on top.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 5 medium dates, pitted
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Garnish:
  • ½ cup dragon fruit, diced
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ¼ cup blackberries

Prep

  • Blend the yogurt, dates, berries and ice cubes in a high speed blender until smooth. You may have to use a spoon the stir the contents inside the blender a couple times to help break down the ingredients.
  • Once the smoothie is thick, but not watery, pour into a bowl. Top with diced dragon fruit, black berries, and granola. For a beautiful presentation. Use a small-size melon baller to scoop out the dragon fruit.
