A breakfast toast that’s not too sweet, yet nutritious and filling. This toast is pretty versatile; the fruit is suggestive and seasonal, and the mango vinegar could be subbed with a fig balsamic or another fruit gastrique.


  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 1 cup Forager Project Cashewmilk Yogurt Unsweetened Plain
  • 2 tablespoons agave (or another sweetener of choice)
  • Mango vinegar
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 2 clementine oranges or other citrus wedges


In a small bowl, mix Cashewmilk Yogurt and agave.

Toast bread.

Spread mixture on bread and garnish with fruit. Drizzle with mango vinegar and enjoy.
