Yogurt made better

These 6-ingredient overnight oats are packed with protein and topped with a chocolate magic shell for a truly delicious breakfast experience!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 12 fluid ounces Forager Project Nuts & Cocoa Protein Shake
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1-ounce vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Prep

  • First, add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a mixing bowl. Then, pour in one bottle of Forager Project’s Nuts & Cocoa Protein Shake. If desired, add the maple syrup to sweeten.
  • Whisk all of the ingredients together and pour into two glass jars. Then, seal and store the jars in the fridge for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
  • The next morning, add the vegan chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish and melt them together.
  • Remove the oats from the fridge and pour a thin layer of chocolate over the oats. Place the jars into the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Depending on the thickness of your chocolate layer, the magic shell may set faster.
  • Remove the jars from the freezer and use a spoon to crack the magic shell topping. Then, dig in and enjoy the oats while cold!
