Warm Forager Project Half & Half is steeped with antioxidant rich turmeric and ginger to relax your mind and soothe your tum.


  • 1 cup Forager Project Half & Half
  • 1” piece fresh turmeric, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  • ½” piece ginger, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons agave
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • Ground cinnamon (for serving)


Put Forager Project Half & Half, sliced turmeric, sliced ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, ground turmeric, agave, peppercorns, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, until flavors have fully steeped.

Strain into mugs and top with a dash of cinnamon. On a hot day, let the tea cool and serve over ice for a refreshing treat.
