Yogurt made better

Charred fruit is one of my favorite things; the smoky flavors and the crispy natural sugars take the bite off citrus and bring a new dimension to fruit. Topped with cool creamy Cashewmilk Yogurt, this one is sure to become a brunch favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, halved
  • 3 tablespoons agave, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds for garnish

Prep

  • Turn broiler on high.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of your sweetener over the two grapefruit halves and place on a sheet pan. Broil until nice and charred, approximately 10 minutes.
  • While the grapefruit is broiling, whisk together the remaining sweetener and Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt.
  • Remove broiled grapefruit and drizzle with Cashewmilk Yogurt mixture, garnish with hemp seeds and enjoy.
