• ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • ½ cup of Forager Project Half & Half
  • ⅔ cup of Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup of mixed berries


Mix chia seeds, Forager Project Half & Half, Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk, agave, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.

Fill small ramekins, bowls or glasses with layers of washed berries and the chia seed mixture, alternating as you go.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

Top with more berries and enjoy.
