This blueberry lavender smoothie can be thrown together in less than 5 minutes and is a satisfying breakfast or snack. Bananas bring out the natural sweetness in blueberries, while almond butter, chia seeds and Forager Project Oatmilk make this vegan smoothie extra creamy. Adding chia seeds and almond butter also gives this smoothie a natural boost of plant-based protein. If you can’t find dried lavender, this smoothie is still great without it.


  • 1 ½ cups blueberries. fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Forager Project Oatmilk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons dried lavender, optional
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup ice, if using fresh blueberries


Place blueberries, Forager Project Oatmilk, almond butter, chia seeds, bananas, lavender (optional), and ice (if using frozen blueberries) into a food processor.  Blend for 1 minute, until everything is smooth.  Distribute into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately, while cold.
