Packed with potassium and curcuminoids, this smoothie is excellent as a post-workout recovery (or a Saturday-night recovery).


  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 small piece fresh turmeric, about 1-2” or 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
