Yogurt made better

This tropical acai bowl is as fun to decorate as it is to eat.  The recipe calls for pineapple chunks, banana slices, macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and chia seeds as the garnish but is easily adaptable – feel free to add any additional toppings you have on hand.

Ingredients

  • 4 packets of frozen acai berry
  • ½ cup Forager Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  • ½ cup green apple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Garnishes:
  • 1 cup pineapple, in chunks
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ½ cup Macadamia nuts, roasted
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes, roasted
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Prep

  • Blend the ingredients for the Acai bowl on high until smooth.
  • Pour into two separate bowls and garnish with pineapple chunks, banana slices, macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
