Our Story

We’re on a journey to flip the planet to 80% plant dairy, and 20% cow dairy.

“Forager Project is a way to eat. It’s a way to be”

A note from our founder, Stephen Williamson

We’re not just family-owned—we’re family-made. We built Forager Project to make food the right way—ourselves. No co-packers. No shortcuts. Just cashews, coconuts, and a passion for the planet. We obsess over every spoonful because this is what we eat, too.

Our journey since 2012

Making better food isn’t easy. We’ve tested hundreds of recipes and built our own creamery from scratch, designed around simple, dairy-free ingredients. We choose organic cashews and coconuts that deliver amazing taste with minimal impact. We call ingredients what they are. We do the hard things to make food that makes sense.

Our values

We challenge dairy norms—because better food, and better business, should move the world forward. Dairy from plants does.

Our people

We’re a hard-working, close-knit team of farmers, food lovers, and forward-thinkers—brought together by one simple goal: to make food make sense. From our production line to our creative studio, every person at Forager brings passion and dedication to the table.
