Spicy Veggie Wraps And Harissa Yogurt

Just straight up roast vegetables, in wraps!

Mix 2 tbsp harissa in 1 1/2 cups yogurt as sauce, half a lemon, salt pepper

Drizzle with pesto or (CONTROVERSIALLY!!) Chimichurri, which I did because I march to the beat of my own culinary drum but the pesto feels somewhat more thematically consistent
