Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Adding sustainable honey adds an indulgence

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 ripe bananas
½ cup Forager Project Original Cashew Milk
¼ cup chocolate chips
- Combine oats, bananas and milk in a blender, and then blend until smooth. Next, stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Heat a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray or coconut oil, and then pour batter into the skillet a little at a time, wait until batter starts bubbling and you can fit a spatula underneath the pancake, and then carefully flip it over. Cook on the other side, and then repeat this process until the pancake batter is gone.
- Top pancakes with extra bananas, chocolate chips and maple syrup.
