Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 ripe bananas
½ cup Forager Project Original Cashew Milk
¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, bananas and milk in a blender, and then blend until smooth. Next, stir in the chocolate chips by hand. 
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray or coconut oil, and then pour batter into the skillet a little at a time, wait until batter starts bubbling and you can fit a spatula underneath the pancake, and then carefully flip it over. Cook on the other side, and then repeat this process until the pancake batter is gone. 
  3. Top pancakes with extra bananas, chocolate chips and maple syrup.
  4. Enjoy!
