Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
You can add any berries you want!
Extra mint is always a good look!
BLUEBERRY MINT YERBA MATE SMOOTHIE
1 Guayaki Yerba Mate tea bag
¾ cup Rising Springs water
1 ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (frozen will provide a thicker consistency)
¾ cup brewed Guayaki Yerba Mate
¼ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Plain or Wild Blueberry Drinkable Cashewgurt
3-4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
6 ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp honey
Add parsely for a bitter twist
Swap Blueberries for Raspberrys!
Bring ¾ cup Rising Springs water to a boil; seep Guayaki yerba mate in the water for 5-10 minutes, and then pour tea into a blender.
Next, add the blueberries, cashewgurt, mint, and ice to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
