Spicy tomato basil pasta with creamy Cashewgurt®

Quick and easy mid-week dinner

1 cup cooked Banza pasta - Cook to specifications on pack
3 tablespoons fresh harissa paste
1 onion, sliced and roasted
2 red peppers, sliced
Big drizzle of olive oil
1 cup of cashew yogurt
1 handful of basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Roast all veg with 2 tbs of smoked paprika and oil and crushed garlic
In a pan, add pasta (and some starchy water from the pasta) and the veg, Cashewgurt®

Toss it together and serve!
