Yogurt made better

Finally, a popsicle you can have for breakfast! You might think that sounds funny now, but you’ll appreciate this tip come August…

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Forager Project Vanilla Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 2 cups diced fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2-4 extra strawberries, to slice in to rounds for garnish, if desired
  • Special equipment: popsicle molds

Prep

  • In a blender place 1 cup strawberries, Vanilla Cashewmilk yogurt, honey, and sea salt and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Place strawberry slices in popsicle molds.
  • Fill up each Fill each cup 3/4 of the way full with the strawberry Cashewgurt mixture and place them in the freezer.
  • Let freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Enjoy!
