This delicious Vegan Affogato shows that simple desserts are sometimes the best desserts.  Only two ingredients – espresso and Forager Project Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert – are required to make this satisfying treat.  For an added crunch, feel free to garnish with cacao nibs or chocolate and toasted nuts.


  • 2 scoops Forager Project Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert
  • 2 shots espresso, freshly pulled
  • Cacao nibs
  • Toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped


Place two scoops of Vanilla Bean Frozen Dessert into 2 small bowls. Pour the freshly pulled espresso over it and garnish with cacao nibs and toasted hazelnuts.
