This whipped herby butter on warm toasted baguette is the perfect simple appetizer or afternoon snack. Double the recipe and save extra of this herby vegan butter for roasting vegetables or melting on your favorite pasta.



Allow the Forager Project Butter to soften at room temperature.

Mince the garlic and herbs and add to a bowl together with the softened Forager Project Butter and Forager Project Half and Half. With a hand mixer, mix the ingredients on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Slice the baguette and toast. Spread the herbal butter generously on the warm slices and enjoy!
