These “easy as pie” overnight oats are a delicious and healthful way to start the morning. You know what they say about an apple-a-day!
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
The night before, mix oats, Cashewmilk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and apple in a large, sealable container. Let sit overnight, covered in the refrigerator.
Right before serving mix Cashewmilk Yogurt, maple syrup, raisins, and cinnamon into the oat mixture.
Top with pecans and fresh fruit!
