Drape this velvety sauce over pasta or your favorite steamed vegetables when you’re in need of a quick comforting meal.


  • 1 can (15 oz.) great northern or cannellini beans
  • 6 tablespoons Organic Unsweetened Cashewmilk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more to taste
  • pinch of salt and pepper


Pour beans through a mesh strainer and rinse with water, then add the beans into a blender with remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. If you want the sauce to be a bit thinner, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Toss sauce with pasta and enjoy!
