Ingredients

  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, halved
  • 3 tablespoons agave, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup Vanilla Cashewgurt®
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds for garnish

Prep

Turn broiler on high.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of your sweetener over the two grapefruit halves and place on a sheet pan. Broil until nice and charred, approximately 10 minutes.

While the grapefruit is broiling, whisk together the remaining sweetener and Vanilla Cashewgurt®.

Remove broiled grapefruit and drizzle with Cashewgurt® mixture, garnish with hemp seeds and enjoy.
