Easy to make, easy to love brekkie jar. Chia is great for digestion and keeping you satisfied for the drive into the office. The blueberry preserves are a nice treat in those last few bites.


  • 2 cups Organic Unsweetened Coconut Cashew Oatmilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry preserves or jam


Combine Cashewmilk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add chia seeds and shake until well incorporated.

Place 1 tablespoon of blueberry preserves in the bottom of each mason jar and divide the chia mixture evenly over the top.

Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight. When ready to serve, top with blueberries and enjoy!
