Yogurt made better

Easy to make, easy to love brekkie jar. Due to its high fiber content, chia is great for digestion and keeping you satisfied for the drive into the office. If you prefer a low-sugar version, skip the blueberry jam, if making as a dessert the blueberry jam is a nice treat in the last few bites.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic Unsweetened Cashewmilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry jam (optional)

Prep

  • Combine Cashewmilk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add chia seeds and shake until well incorporated.  If using, place 1 tablespoon of blueberry preserves in the bottom of each mason jar and divide the chia mixture evenly over the top.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight. When ready to serve, top with blueberries and enjoy!
