This simple yet satisfying savory snack packs a flavorful, peppery punch and has a satisfying crunch.


  • 1 cup Forager Project Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the cheese, thyme, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Place uniform tablespoon-sized heaps of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving about two inches between each heap.
  4. Place in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
  5. Allow the cheese chips to cool slightly, then transfer them to a plate and enjoy!
