From the beginning of our food journey, we have understood that our ingredients (including our cultures) are part of an ecosystem that creates magical food. Over the last two years, we conducted extensive research and trials on culturing our cashews and how we can improve our dairy-free experience.

We are happy to introduce a new generation of our existing cultures, when specifically paired with cashews, creates the ideal ecosystem for smoother, cleaner, and better-tasting yogurt. We are excited to welcome this new generation of cultures to our family.
